I need help with my purchase, It’s been 4 days now since my submitted ticket. Please look into this. I also sent an email this morning. Thanks.

Two of those days have also been the weekend - we are NOT 24/7 response. I’m sorry that things have been delayed, but I had personal commitments this weekend starting this past Friday and just returned. We’re a small company. 'Nuf said.
