I work with ProTools 9 and I use the FxPansion adaptater 2.1 to wrap my VST plugins.
I bought Stillwell 1973 and it is in my wrapped plugins. Of course, I put the reg file in the VST folder.
However, whenever I use it 1973, it stays in demo version.
Thank you in advance for telling me what I need to do to have the 1973 plug in normal version.
Which license do you have? If you have a Reaper-only, non-commercial license, it’s not going to show as registered in Pro Tools (or anything else except REAPER).
The registration file must be in the same folder as the plugin, and must be named correctly…for 1973 that would be 472251973.key
Thanks for the quick answer…
The reg file is ok, well named (not .txt )
I have bought the “All hosts, commercial use” licence version.
Read the following and create a support ticket. Once you’ve created the ticket, log into the support site and attach a copy of your key file to the tick so that I can verify that there’s nothing wrong with it.
If you have the key file named correctly and placed in the right location, it WILL work. There’s something wrong here…we just need to find out what it is.
