Authorisation issue

I’ve purchased 1973.

I’ve put the product key in the same directory (“Folder” as I’m on a Mac running 10.6.2).

When I load 1973 (in Logic 9.02) I still get the message/screen saying I should purchase and authorise the plugin (or whatever it actually says).

The au component and product key are in the following directory:

Macintosh HD/Library/Audio/Plug-ins/Components

The email that sent me the download key says the key is called xxxxx1973.key (I have replaced the 5 digits with x).

I notice that in the directory the key appears as xxxxx1973.key.txt

The same applies to Rocket which I have purchased

Help !

Remove the .txt from the key’s file name, and that should do the trick.

removing .txt did the trick
thanks

If I download newer versions of the plugins will they work ok withe same product key ??

I assume so

cheers

Yes, that’s correct. If at some point in the future you would need a new license as a upgrade (no current plans to do so, but of course we reserve the right to do so at a later date), advance notice will be posted on the website.
