There has been constant confusion over when to file a support ticket and when to use the contact form on our website, so we’ve decided to make it easier: You can now file a support ticket from the “Contact Us” form!
By default the form sends a ticket to our General Information queue, but if you select “Tech Support” as the support queue you’ll get asked additional questions about your specific environment and offered the opportunity to upload screenshots, etc.
Please note that you can OPEN or create a ticket this way, but you can’t respond to an existing ticket using the form - we’ve got no way to make that happen currently. For the sake of everyone’s sanity, please bear that in mind.
