Plugin Registration Problem - "German Umlaute"?

Hello Scott,
I bought last week 1) Bombardier (Order STI101218-2172-93102) and 2) Event Horizon (Order STI101218-6042-93114). I did get immediately the Key-Files and I put them into the vst-plugin-Folder like describend (no “.txt”-ending). But both plugins will not be registered at all. I opened the Key-Files with the Windows Editor (but i didn´t change them) and I could notice, that my name contains some silly characters instead of my german “Umlaute” (“ü” and “ö”). May be that these mistakes will produce the error? Thank you for your help. Greetings from Germany, Jürgen Löscher

P.S. - My System: Windows 7 prof. 64-bit, 8GB RAM, Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300, Samplitude 11 prof.

Thank you for posting, and thank you more for filing a ticket!

I have reissued the keys…you are correct that the characters with umlaute will cause our key generator to issue invalid keys.
