problems installing on Mac for Logic Pro

I’ve downloaded the demo for several plugins and tried installing in a Mac OSX 10.4.11 by putting in the VST folder, and they’re not showing up in the list of plugins. Any idea what the problem might be?

Which link did you use to download? Exactly what folder did you put the plugin in? What is the actual name of the file that you find in your “VST Folder”?

couldn’t it be because you need to download the audio unit versioninstead of the vst and put in the /user/library/audio/plug ins/components folder and not the vst.

Logic not accepting vst anymore since version 6
