We’re pleased to announce the beginning of a multilingual initiative across the Stillwell Audio ecosystem.
Over the coming weeks and months, you’ll start seeing more of our content available in multiple languages. Our goal is simple: make Stillwell Audio easier to use, easier to learn, and easier to get help with—no matter where you live.
What’s new
This forum now supports automatic translation of discussions, allowing you to read topics and replies in your preferred language.
Existing content is currently being translated in the background, so you’ll gradually see more discussions become available in additional languages over the coming days.
Our support system and website will also be expanded over time to provide a more consistent multilingual experience.
Initial supported languages
We’re beginning with:
German
Spanish
French
Italian
Japanese
Portuguese (Brazil)
We’ll consider adding additional languages over time based on community interest.
How it works
If your browser or operating system is configured to use one of our supported languages, the forum will automatically display available translations whenever possible.
You can also switch languages manually at any time using the language selector in the forum header (currently displaying EN by default) or in your account preferences.
Translations are generated on demand and cached, so more content will become available as the forum continues processing existing discussions.
Translation quality
Translations are generated using modern AI and have been accurate in our testing. Audio engineering has its own vocabulary, however, and no automated system is perfect.
If you notice awkward wording, incorrect terminology, or anything that could be expressed more naturally in your language, please post your commentary in the Site Feedback forum category. I’ll be looking for it. Your feedback will help us improve the experience for everyone.
A note from Scott
Stillwell Audio has always been a small, independent company, and that’s not changing.
Modern AI makes it possible for us to provide multilingual documentation, support resources, and community discussions in a way that simply wasn’t practical for a one-person business only a few years ago.
Rather than replacing the personal support we’re known for, this technology helps us make that support accessible to more musicians, producers, and engineers around the world.
Thank you, as always, for being here. I hope this makes Stillwell Audio a little easier to enjoy, wherever you are in the world.
