Hi, I’m new to this site and have heard lots of great things about these plugins.
Just launching this plugin though is a bit confusing. The presets it comes with appear to all be for drums. Does this mean not to use this with vocals? Is there another plugin that would be more appropriate?
I’ve read on the forums here that all mixes are different and just to experiment with the values to get what you want. While that is true, I feel like could twiddle knobs until doomsday and still be lost.
It would be most helpful to have a starting place for new users, e.g. “for vocals I start with a .75ms pre-delay and use a 2 second decay time.” I know that would not be ideal for everyone, but might be valuable to newbies.
Thoughts?
