I bought reaper and the reaper reamix book and it has examples to teach how to mix recordings correctly.
One example was to clean up a recording using spectro. I downloaded both evaluation versions for xp 32 (spectro and spector_no_sse) and neither works correctly as a plugin. Both are accessable from the plugin menu, but
the plugin shows no active regions and only show the first 30 seconds of a recording.
I put the fx on a track that had a wav file in the first 30 seconds and it still shows nothing in the frequency graph or in the time boxes below. I have reaper v3.66 and a dell dimension xp sp2 with an Intel Celeron CPU 32 bit about 2.5Ghz. What am I doing wrong?
